What You Will Be Doing

• Develop new business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of residential new-build and refurbishment projects.

• Build relationships with TGA planners, project developers, housing associations, housing cooperatives.

• Influence projects early in the planning and specification phase to secure Wavin solutions.

• Position Wavin as a trusted partner for Indoor Climate Solutions and sustainable building projects.

• Drive specification activities and support projects through implementation.

• Identify market trends, investment plans, and growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to convert opportunities into long-term business growth.

Who You Are

• Proven experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, Project Sales, or Specification Sales within HVAC, building services, indoor climate, or related technical markets.

• Strong network within the German market, particularly among TGA planners, project developers, housing associations.

• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of creating and winning new business opportunities.

• Skilled at building trust, developing long-term relationships, and influencing multiple stakeholders.

• Able to translate customer challenges into practical, value-driven solutions.

• Fluent in German, with good English communication skills.
