Düsseldorf, Germany based with regular presence across key business locations and travel within DACH are expected.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced business leader to lead our DACH business across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

As Managing Director & Commercial Director DACH, you will have full responsibility for business performance, commercial growth, and profitability across a €220M+ business with approximately 270 employees.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on accelerating growth, strengthening profitability, and driving transformation in one of Wavin's most important markets.

What You'll Do

· Lead the DACH business as Managing Director (Geschäftsführer) of Wavin GmbH.

· Own business performance across revenue, profitability, market share, and cash generation.

· Lead and develop upstream and downstream commercial teams across DACH.

· Define and execute the commercial growth strategy.

· Drive pricing excellence, margin improvement, and value-based selling.

· Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.

· Lead through influence across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Product Management.

· Develop a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer success.

What You'll Bring

· Significant leadership experience in a Managing Director, General Manager, Country Manager, Commercial Director, or similar role.

· Proven success delivering growth, profitability improvement, and business transformation.

· Strong P&L leadership experience.

· Experience leading in a matrix organization.

· Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written.

· Strong commercial, strategic, and financial acumen.

· Experience in building products, construction, infrastructure, industrial manufacturing, or related sectors.

· Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
