We are currently looking for a Project Delivery Manager to join us in Dedemsvaart, the Netherlands.

The Role

In this role combines PMO leadership with product development management responsibilities. You lead end-to-end delivery of Orbia B&I’s innovation and product development project portfolio. This means that you ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the global stage-gate process. In this role, you operate across multiple business units, segments, geographies and functional disciplines. This requires you to balance strategic priorities, customer needs, resource availability, technical feasibility, manufacturability, compliance, cost and time-to-market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the global Project Delivery organization by integrating project management and product development capabilities.

• Ensure effective delivery of NPI, CPI, LCM and technology projects through the global stage-gate process.

• Own and continuously improve project management processes, governance, tools, templates and portfolio transparency.

• Manage resources and capabilities across Project Managers, Product Development Engineers and other technical experts involved in project execution.

• Drive disciplined portfolio execution, cross-functional collaboration and a strong delivery culture focused on accountability, speed and reliable innovation.

• Drive effective communication and alignment across stakeholders to ensure projects remain on track and risks are managed proactively.
  

Requirements:

• Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, Polymer Engineering or another relevant technical discipline.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in project management, product development, engineering or R&D.

• Understanding of polymer materials is preferred.

• English at business proficiency level. Dutch and/or additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of project and portfolio management methodologies and stage-gate innovation processes.

• Experience leading complex product development or technology projects from concept through implementation.

• Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching and developing technical or project management teams.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience working across multiple functions, regions and organizational levels.

• Ability to create structure, prioritize effectively and drive execution in a complex international environment.
