Key Responsibilities:
Support the operation and continuous improvement of Orbia’s global privacy program.
Conduct and coordinate PIAs, DPIAs and third-party privacy reviews.
Manage data subject rights requests with relevant stakeholders.
Review data processing agreements and privacy-related contractual terms.
Support the assessment and documentation of personal data incidents.
Maintain privacy documentation, data maps and records of processing activities.
Monitor regulatory developments, including GDPR, NIS2, AI Act and Data Act.
Develop privacy communications, awareness activities and training materials.
Support contract reviews, legal research and other compliance projects when required.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of hands-on data privacy and compliance experience.
Strong knowledge of GDPR and practical privacy compliance.
University degree, preferably in law.
Experience reviewing contracts and data processing terms.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and functions.
Integrity, sound judgement and respect for confidentiality.
Nice to have:
Data privacy certification.
Knowledge of CCPA, NIS2, AI Act, Data Act or Cyber Resilience Act.
Experience with privacy governance or compliance management platforms.
An additional language.
