Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all commercial agreements (National Housebuilder, Regional Housebuilder, Installer plot rebates, Installer turnover rebates & Tier 1 agreements) are created and issued to externals customers, maintaining strict governance protocols.

1. Upon receipt of signed documentation, replicate agreements on to CRM and log on to the Orbia Contracts site.

1. Maintain various reports covering all detail and payment history of all live agreements.

1. Issue all termination letters to various parties, including customers and internal sales teams.

1. Update CRM with all site information for validation purposes

1. Validate all claims submitted, whether developer, installer or price-offset. Currently the bill for developer rebates is £33 million & the bill for installer rebates is £3 million.

1. Arrange all authorisations of validated claims, receipt of related invoices and payment of said invoices, providing all evidence of calculations and authorisations to the finance teams

1. To be flexible and amenable when working on projects

1. To provide support to the external Sales Teams as and when required in a professional and efficient manner

1. To develop and maintain a general knowledge of the customer base and marketplace

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

Above average level in IT skills – (comfortable with Microsoft Office or equivalent) Excel, Word, Mail Merge documents & CRM.

Working within a business that transacts with multi-dimensional partners i.e. Merchant/Installers/Developers

Working as part of a team but also be capable of self-management and working using own initiative

Good telephone manner

Good organisational skills

Good problem solving and decision-making skills

Working in an office type environment, preferably within a Commercial function.

Experience of working in an administrative role within the building industry
